By booking a cleaning service with The Detail Crew, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A booking confirmation — whether submitted online, by phone, or via email — constitutes acceptance of this agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Please ensure all pets are secured in a safe area, pathways are clear of obstructions, and any alarm or gate codes are communicated in advance. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be marked as a late cancellation.
We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows without prior communication will be charged the full cancellation fee. Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle). For recurring service plans, payment will be collected on the day of each scheduled cleaning. Prices quoted during booking are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described.
The Detail Crew is fully insured for accidental damage that occurs during the course of our service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are inherently fragile or unstable. We ask that you inform us of any delicate, valuable, or sentimental items before the cleaning begins so our team can take appropriate precautions. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will send our team back to make it right — at no additional charge. Our guarantee covers the scope of work outlined in your original booking.
The Detail Crew reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if our team encounters unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions that pose a risk to their health or safety. This includes but is not limited to biohazard materials, pest infestations, structural hazards, or hostile environments. If service is refused for safety reasons, no cancellation fee will apply.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
